To meet this goal, CBF has developed an operational structure that covers all aspects of a benchmark’s lifecycle and provides comfort to its clients that all aspects of the operation of the benchmarks and indices are carried out to the highest standards.
Code of Ethics
CBF operates to a published Code of Ethics which clearly outlines the expectations CBF has of its employees and their interaction with clients and other stakeholders.
CBF systems operate to a high level of operational security. All telephone calls, emails and activities are monitored and reviewed by compliance staff. All system activities are logged and reviewed regularly with full audit capability. The collection of data is achieved via encrypted channels and data access is monitored. GRSS systems have been designed to provide high levels of protection from cyber intrusions
Conflicts of Interest/Whistleblowing/Complaints
The CBF Compliance team ensures that any conflicts of interest are recorded and managed according to our policy. Our complaints and whistleblowing policies allow CBF employees and external stakeholders to hold us accountable for our actions.
CBF employees recertify to all key CBF policies on an annual basis.
