Since 1 January 2020 subscription fees have applied to organisations that wish to receive the CBF benchmarks and indices data in real-time (within the first 24 hours of publication). To receive the data in real-time organisations are required to obtain a country or global subscription depending upon their requirements. The CBF benchmark and indices data is provided on the CBF website 24 hours delayed.
Effective on 1 April 2022, the CBF is introducing a requirement for distinct categories of users of the 24-hour delayed TAB/TADO and ICP data, to be fee paying subscribers to maintain their access to the data via the CBF’s website.
Individuals and non-financial corporate users of the 24-hour delayed website data may continue to access the data free of charge via the CBF website.
Financial related Chilean corporations will be required to complete a subscription form and pay an annual subscription fee to maintain their access to the 24-hour delayed data. Financial related Chilean based corporations are defined as those entities that are supervised by CMF and listed in their website, under the four categories of Stock Market, Insurance Market, Banks and Financial Institutions and Other Entities.
For non-Chilean based companies, a broader definition of financial users has been adopted, that being all:
